Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and equipment regularly for needed repairs and improvements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Implement maintenance policies to prevent misuse of property appliances.
• Ensure safety of properties for occupants, visitors, and workers.
• Clean and prepare vacated buildings for new tenants.
• Check electrical wiring for accuracy and compliance.
• Test safety systems monthly for operational effectiveness.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance outside normal hours.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
