Quality 1st Basements is seeking a results-driven sales associate focused on delivering a world-class customer experience. You will guide customers through our proven service process, identify needs, and present the right solutions.

You will build relationships, communicate product benefits, follow up promptly, and demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. A clean driver's license and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Base Pay Plus Commission $60,000.00 - 90,000.00 annually

Provide a world-class customer experience. Utilize a proven service/sales process to determine each customer's unique needs and lead them through the right solutions to accomplish their goals.

Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. Provide timely, relevant follow-up.

Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
