Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Charlotte, NC. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer vehicles are in optimal condition. The Service Technician will also interact with customers to explain repair processes and provide excellent customer service.
