Role Description

This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, performing field service repairs, and delivering professional and courteous customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of HVAC systems
• Experience with Field Service operations and on-site diagnostics
• Proficiency in Customer Service, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Willingness to work on-site in the Charleston, SC Metropolitan Area
• EPA Certification and prior HVAC experience are preferred
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
