Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Bowie, MD to deliver exceptional pest control service during scheduled maintenance appointments. You will inspect for pests, apply approved treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining accurate service records.

You will use company vehicles and equipment, comply with safety guidelines, complete required training/licensing, and enjoy benefits including weekly pay and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $17.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
