Job summary

Midgley-Huber is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites. You will work with diagnostic instruments and Ohmmeters, ensure safety standards, and deliver outstanding client service.

You will install and replace components such as compressors, pumps, and motors, weld when needed, and assist with property maintenance tasks. A valid driver’s license and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of refrigerant systems; chiller and boiler operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Certification in HVAC technology preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to plumb for installations or repairs is a plus.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

• Weld components as necessary for system repairs or installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
• Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites as needed.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Certification in HVAC technology or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
