Job summary

ASP Handling seeks a Customer Success Technician to repair and maintain ergonomic lifting aids and to support customers across sectors such as manufacturing and logistics. You will become a product expert in mobile lifters, vacuum lifters, pallet stackers and more.

You will work with clients during exploration to unlock full potential of our products, prioritising safety and efficiency, while training through the ATS Academy to stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or A2 degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
• Dutch fluency with good English; French is a plus.
• Customer-focused energy and drive for satisfaction.
• Flexible with a valid driving licence B.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well in a team.
• Able to think analytically and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain ergonomic lifting aids (electric, pneumatic, mechanical).
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on equipment.
• Support customers to realize full potential of products during exploratory phase.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure safety, ergonomics and efficiency improvements.

Function

You will be responsible for repairs and maintenance on ergonomic lifting aids. These include electric, pneumatic, and mechanical devices that are essential to our customers’ day-to-day operations.
Through your customer-focused approach, you will help drive the success of our customers, who operate in a wide range of sectors (manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food, logistics, healthcare, etc.).

You will receive specialized training to become a product expert in mobile lifters, vacuum lifters, pallet stackers, electric tugs, drum handling equipment, etc.
Because these product groups have a direct impact on ergonomics, safety, and efficiency for customers, they offer strong growth potential.

As a product expert, you’ll also have a say during the client’s exploratory phase, during which the client can draw on your expertise to realize the full potential of our products.
Proactively collaborating with the client plays a central role in your daily work.

Profile

• You get energy from satisfied customers.
• You are flexible and in possession of a driving licence B.
• You can work independently, but are also a real team player.
• You have a bachelor or A2 degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
• You are able to think analytically and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical problems.
• You speak Dutch very well, and you can also communicate effectively in English; French is a major plus
