Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding maintenance and customer service across our Baltimore communities. You will handle work orders, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, and help ensure our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
The role requires at least 1 year in property maintenance, strong communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

The expected compensation range for this position is $26.00-$28.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
