Priority Dispatch Corp. in Arlington, TX is expanding its automotive service team, seeking skilled technicians who take pride in diagnostics and high-quality work. You will diagnose vehicle concerns, perform repairs from brakes to HVAC, and participate in factory training to keep skills up to date.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience required.
• Personal tools required; compensation based on experience and certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures.
• Flexible availability and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine repairs with support from the service team.
• Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
• Participate in factory and in-house training to maintain and expand technical skills.
