Job summary

Tony Hawaii Automotive Group Llc is seeking a skilled automotive service technician to perform repair work per Repair Orders, test drive when required, and ensure compliance with dealership and factory standards.

You will collaborate with service advisors and parts staff, document all work on repair orders, maintain tools, and pursue ongoing factory and dealership training to support our goal of building long-term guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Repair work: perform tasks per Repair Order following dealership and factory standards.
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about repair status and changes; coordinate with parts department as needed.
• Document all work performed and recommendations on the repair order.
• Maintain tools and equipment and stay current with mandated factory and dealership trainings.

Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.Communication- Communicates with Service Advisor about the status of the repair, to include additional work if needed. Must also communicate with the parts department regarding parts for the repair.
