Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You will respond to emergencies, perform safety testing, and ensure customers stay warm and safe while delivering reliable service to local routes, so you’re home each night.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of relevant experience, a clean driving record, and a valid CDL Class B (Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.

In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair propane systems making sure our customers' homes and businesses stay safe, warm, and running right. You'll be the friendly face customers trust when they need a problem solved fast and done right.

Starting Pay: $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
