Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a service tech trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience in fueling and charging systems.

As an entry-level trainee you will be trained and certified to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, with training sessions potentially outside your area. We cover training, lodging and meals; hours are typically 40+ per week, with overtime and an on-call rotation after training.

Qualifications

• Valid State Issued Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Willingness to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete petroleum service calls for our customers at various sites.
• Complete all service call paperwork after each call.
• Communicate with your service dispatcher and manager.
• Explain technical issues in a non-technical manner to the customer.
• Troubleshoot and repairs gasoline dispensing units and POS systems.
• Install, program and tests new petroleum equipment and perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
