Five Star Breaktime Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vending and breaktime equipment at customer sites.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, able to diagnose issues, repair equipment, and build strong relationships with client-site staff. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and pass background/drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be at least 21 for DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending and breaktime equipment at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment visually and audibly to diagnose malfunctions and determine root causes.
• Dismantle machines and components to access and repair problem areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory of machine parts on the service vehicle and within the warehouse.
• Complete service calls efficiently and perform additional duties as assigned when not on calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care of company vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with client-site employees.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety policies, DOT regulations, and company standards.
