Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities in a field-service role.

You will serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales team, working independently in various customer sites and managing on-site service calls in Greensboro, NC. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Driving a company vehicle requires a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record, as is a DOT physical.

Job Description

Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Required Experience
