Job summary

VanDevere Automotive Family in Ohio is seeking an Automotive Technician to grow with a high-volume, state‑of‑the‑art shop. Pay is up to $120,000 based on skill and production.

We value training, mentoring, and rewarding performance in a busy environment. We provide hands-on training (EV & advanced diagnostics), a clear path to Master Certification, consistent workflow, and leadership that supports your growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience or Master Certified (preferred, not required).
• A tech who wants to grow, learn, and earn more.
• Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge.
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in your work.
• Your own tools & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GM systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.).
• Work with modern diagnostic tools & evolving technology.
• Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time.
• Communicate with advisors and foreman to keep jobs moving.
• Continuously learn and improve your technical ability.
