El Pollo Loco is hiring a Service Team Member in California. You’ll greet guests, assemble orders, prep fire-grilled favorites, and deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and accuracy.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, teamwork, and adherence to recipes and procedures. Previous customer service or food service experience is welcome but not required, with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting/helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.
