El Pollo Loco is hiring a Service Team Member in California. You will greet guests, assemble and serve orders, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment.

• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting/helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.

Education/Work Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
