Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments via POS, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while ensuring exceptional guest experience across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 2+ years prior professional experience in restaurant management.
• Approved state alcohol training required.
• Good people management skills, communication and listening skills.
• Must be flexible.
• Adaptable to approved food handling training required by local laws change.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Must be internally motivated and detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Maintains POS and service areas cleaned and organized prior, during and after shifts
• Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by management and the Drunken Fish Employee Handbook
