Job summary

So Hospitality Group in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a motivated restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, train team members, manage POS transactions, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to the brand’s growth across multiple restaurant concepts.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to grow with our expanding family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by management and the Drunken Fish Employee Handbook

Preferred Qualifications

• 18 years or older


• Education: High School or equivalent


• High Energy and Passion for the industry


• 2 + years prior professional experience in restaurant management


• Approved state alcohol training required


• Good people management skills, communication and listening skills.


• Must be flexible


• Adaptable to approved food handling training required by local laws change


• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills


• Must be internally motivated and detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others


• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
