Store Location: Anderson, IN

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support brand promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
2. Ensuring efficient checkout and handling cash transactions
3. Promoting and enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
4. Educating customers about VOC surveys
5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram setup
7. Completing merchandise recovery and store maintenance
8. Executing Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance
11. Maintaining respectful interactions and promoting a positive image
12. Cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Customer service or retail experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in various store areas including outdoor settings
