Store - HSTN-SPRING/WEST, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support the brand promises.

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
2. Ensure a fast, friendly checkout; handle cash according to standards.
3. Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
4. Educate customers on VOC surveys.
5. Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
7. Complete merchandise recovery, returns, and store maintenance.
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
10. Follow SOPs and company policies for compliance.
11. Maintain respectful interactions, promote organization values, and serve as a role model.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings; outdoor work and climate-controlled areas.
