Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• SIE required and must obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle elevated or complex calls and take ownership of resolution.
• Staff New Advisor Support phone lines when needed.
• Own inquiries and see them through to a timely resolution.
• Participate in queue watch to ensure staff has support with issues.
• Lead team meetings and huddles as needed.
• Onboard new team members and provide real time coaching.
• Receive feedback to facilitate process improvements and training opportunities.
