Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years in a leadership role with a focus on dispatching or planning
• Experience with Office 365 and SAP CONA is required
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Proficiency with SAP CONA, Map Business, Excel, Word, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment planning and dispatching teams across locations
• Supervise planners/dispatchers' daily schedules and ensure timely service calls
• Maintain clear communication with managers, employees and customers
• Develop and manage customer relationships while ensuring task accuracy
• Address process breakdowns and support department processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
