Position Overview

Assist bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a lively environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus stands, wait stations, and restrooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shifts and close.
• Ensure food is garnished and delivered timely, following tray procedures to minimize loss.
• Bus and reset tables, deliver food, and assist guests with dishes, beverages, and party setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of chairs and tables, and assist other team members as needed.
• Work friendly, smiling, and flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Physical Requirements

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Read and write handwritten notes.

Additional Information
