Job summary

OSI Engineering, a global consumer device innovator in the Bay Area, seeks a Service Supply Chain Operations Specialist to drive post-ramp qualification projects and manage display, touch modules, and related hardware components.

You will own supplier relationships, monitor capacity and delivery performance, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate with Global Commodity Management, EPM, and Supply Chain Engineering to keep supply running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in supply chain, commodity management, procurement, or related field (consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing preferred)
• Experience managing supplier relationships, including pricing negotiations and delivery performance
• Familiarity with post-ramp qualification, hardware qualification processes
• Strong project coordination to manage multiple workstreams, milestones, and blockers
• Proficiency with Excel and enterprise planning tools (SAP, ERP)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to bridge cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate post-ramp qualification projects from start to finish, tracking statuses and ensuring quality requirements
• Coordinate across Global Commodity Management, EPM, and Supply Chain Engineering to track timelines and drive resolution
• Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and delivery performance to mitigate supply risks
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, participate in business reviews, and drive performance accountability
• Support cost negotiations, price trend tracking, and BOM cost reconciliation
• Partner with Materials, Planning, Finance, and Engineering to align sourcing decisions and support end-of-life transitions

You'll own supplier relationships, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate cross-functional to ensure seamless continuity of supply.

Key Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, commodity management, procurement, or a related field (consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships, covering pricing negotiations, delivery performance, and capacity planning
• Familiarity with new product introduction, post-ramp qualification, or hardware qualification processes
• Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, and upscale blockers
• Proficiency with Excel and enterprise planning tools like SAP, ERP platforms, or equivalent systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge cross-functional teams
