Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• CFC/EPA, CPO certifications are a plus.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• HVAC-related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure safe, high-quality services.
• Assist Property Director with hiring, staffing, and performance oversight.
