Job summary

DH Pace Company, a leading provider of door, docking, and security products, seeks a Service Supervisor for the Commercial Operations team in St. Louis. You will lead field service scheduling, support technicians, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven track record in leadership and problem-solving. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs and meet customers' preferences.
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff or service technicians.
• Monitor real-time technician schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Track completed jobs and follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Process completed jobs for proper handling of materials and accurate billing.
• Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Conduct employee performance reviews with the Department Manager and coach as needed.
• Participate in planning and establish department goals.

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Service Supervisor for our Commercial Operations team in St. Louis! What You'll Do

• Assist with daily scheduling of all jobs; ensuring customers’ preferences are met
• Provide immediate problem-solving assistance to office staff or service technicians
• Constantly monitor in Real Time service technicians’ schedules in computer to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Track for jobs completed and place follow up calls to customers to ensure expectations were met
• Facilitate processing of completed jobs to ensure proper handling of materials and accurate billing
• Responsible for timely completion of all administrative paperwork associated with this position
• Perform employee performance reviews in conjunction with Department Manager, document performance issues, and provide employee counseling performance improvement action plans when necessary
• Participate in planning process and establishing department goals and objectives
• Other duties assigned by manager

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experienced using Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a gooddrivingrecord
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems
