KONE Madison, WI is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage local service operations, lead a team, and collaborate with customers to ensure safe, reliable and high-quality service delivery across our Madison territory. Annual base pay range is $105,100–$138,000 with a 15% target bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.

As our Service Supervisor, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range: $105,100 – $138,000. Compensation package will depend on ability to meet role requirements and factors such as skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
