Job summary

KONE is seeking an Installation Supervisor for Beltsville, MD to manage on-site installation teams for elevators. You will guide subcontractors, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in construction supervision, experience with union crews, and knowledge of building codes. A related associate degree is preferred; a strong focus on learning and collaboration completes the profile.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Experience leading a union-represented workforce preferred.
• Experience on construction sites with general contractors.
• Familiarity with code requirements and building systems.

Responsibilities

The hiring range for this role is $121,000.00– $158,760.00.The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for thebusiness strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
