Job summary

NOVO Health Services, including its Simple brand, is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Louisville, KY area. You will supervise a field service team handling customer service, sales, and product pickups/deliveries while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires leadership, decision-making, and the ability to work with both on-route and in-house teams. This is a full-time middle-management position with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Active driver's license; DOT medical certification required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred; industrial/service industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales and product delivery.
• Hire Train Develop and evaluate the service team; drive company vehicle to/from customer sites.
• Oversee route structure, customer relationships, renewals, and driver compliance; coordinate with Operations Manager.

We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor for our Simple brand in the Louisville, KY area.

The daily start time for this position is early morning, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate would work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers.
• Hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the service team to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner, driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

• Oversee several key service department competencies, including maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance.
• Coordination with Operations Manager and local plant staff, as needed.

Experience And Education

• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. To comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
• Must have an active driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
• Experience working in a sales related role preferred
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry preferred
• Prior Experience a plus
• Training or instructor experience preferred
