Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and performance of the service staff, ensure strong customer relationships, and drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities.

The role requires a valid driver's license and compliance with DOT regulations, with a base salary in the 74k–95k range plus a target bonus. This is a middle-management position within the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and eligibility for a DOT-regulated vehicle
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain DOT medical certification
• Experience with customer service or field operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales, and route deliveries
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff to maintain high service quality
• Manage relationships with customers and renewals; improve route efficiency
• Ensure driver compliance and safety during on-site visits

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Experience working in a sales related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,420 - $95,160/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
