Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team, overseeing on-route and in-house activities. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales, and the pick-up and delivery of products, while training and evaluating staff to ensure service quality.

This middle-management role requires ensuring strong customer relationships, managing contract renewals, maintaining efficient routes, and driver compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Experience working in a sales related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience
