Job summary

Great Dane in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee all shop operations in the assigned branch. You will lead, coach, and manage technicians within the Service Department, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and directing service personnel, generating repair orders, controlling tools and parts, and resolving customer concerns to maintain equipment uptime.
