THE ROLE

The Position: Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch. Leads, coaches, and manages technical personnel within Service Department.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area.
• Monitor quality of work performed by technicians.
• Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Control and maintain tools and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.
• Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary.
• Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel.
• Directly supervise service personnel.
• Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel.
• Generate repair orders for customer repairs.
• Purchase and control job supplies.
• Train new service personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
