Job summary

Accel Entertainment, a leading local gaming operator, is seeking a Regional Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in the service region, including scheduling, installation, and movement/removal of equipment to ensure locations are properly serviced and maintained.

The role requires coordinating with Service Technicians, monitoring Workday, managing inventory, responding to service calls, and ensuring compliance with Illinois Gaming Board requirements, with base salary $50-65k and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule equipment installations and removals within a region.
• Supervise, track, and audit regional gaming parts and equipment.
• Monitor Workday for regional Gaming Service Technicians' day-to-day activities.
• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs promptly.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.
• Coordinate projects with Service Technicians.
