Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking Technicians to service gaming devices, ATMs, and redemption devices in bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other local venues around Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

The role involves on-site fieldwork, 40 hours per week, with shifts starting from home, company vehicle provided, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have strong customer service and basic technical aptitude; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Terminal Handler's License – costs covered by company.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Load and unload supplies and assist in other areas as needed.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, and customers to resolve problems.
• Complete documentation for device entries and logs.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines and ATMs.
