Job summary

Synergy Cooperative is seeking an automotive technician to direct and coordinate the service station, delivering top-tier customer service and optimizing efficiency. You will supervise staff, manage pricing, purchasing, and inventory while driving profitability and daily operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of auto repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a toolbox you provide. We offer a supportive co-op environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable for commercial liability insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, promote and coordinate the service station to optimize market share and efficiency.
• Supervise staff, handle marketing, profitability, sales, reporting, purchasing and pricing.
• Oversee inventory, service, maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Provide outstanding customer service and work with a team to achieve daily goals.
