Job summary

Synergy Cooperative in Wisconsin is hiring for a friendly retail associate to greet guests, operate the register, and help with our food program. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that values a warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong customer service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and advancement opportunities within a cooperative that emphasizes community, training, and a relaxed dress code.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Retail and/or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain municipal seller/server certificate (18+).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and run the register.
• Make product suggestions and support the food program.
• Maintain store appearance and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Work in multiple areas around the store, inside and out.
