Job summary

Synergycoop is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment on-site. You will perform advanced maintenance, deliver excellent customer service, and help the cooperative operate efficiently in a community-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in equipment diagnosis and repair, a reliable driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. CDL is preferred; an agricultural background is a plus.

Qualifications

• A driving record acceptable for commercial liability insurance.
• 1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while optimizing cooperative efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
