Dead River Company in Biddeford, ME, is seeking a Service Station Attendant to deliver friendly, accurate service at the station, process payments, and keep the area clean and welcoming. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and support daily operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires cash handling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cash handling and retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with fuel purchases and fill gas tanks when necessary.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Answer customer questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station, including collecting and disposing of outdoor trash.
• Process customer purchases and provide receipts.
• Help ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

The Service Station Attendant provides excellent customer service to patrons visiting the service station. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting daily station operations.

• Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.
