As aService Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and practice teams by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. You’ll be a trusted point of contact—helping resolve inquiries, navigating processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
