Job summary

Hawk Auto Group – LaSalle-Peru is seeking an Office & Service Support Associate to keep the service department and front office moving. This full-time role involves desk duties, driving the service shuttle, and supporting multiple departments. Training is provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and customer-focused, with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn. Some Saturdays may be required; benefits include a stable, family-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a reliable, on-time presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive service shuttle and transport customers within the area.
• Move loaner vehicles and run parts deliveries as needed.
• Manage the loaner fleet: prepare agreements, track availability and mileage.
• Open repair orders for vehicle inspections and pre-delivery checks.
• Inspect new vehicle deliveries for damage and process claims.
• Answer phones and assist customers at the front counter.
• Scan, file and maintain warranty and repair orders.
• Assist with deal jackets, dealer trades, and system input.
• Keep the customer lounge clean and stocked.
• Support multiple departments with daily operations.
