Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Prior lot attendant, porter, or delivery/transport experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport service guests to and from local destinations in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Greet customers promptly upon arrival to the service drive and assist with initial vehicle check-in.
• Move, park, and stage customer and dealership vehicles efficiently across the lot to support shop workflow.
• Coordinate with service advisors, dispatchers, and technicians to keep the service lane clear and moving.
• Assist with light vehicle wash/vacuum prep before returning vehicles to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel level of the dealership shuttle vehicle.
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer drop-off zones clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Support other team members with lot and facility duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
