Job summary

Wright Nissan in Northern Kentucky is seeking a full-time Sales Lot Attendant to keep our lots organized and presentable. You will stage inventory, check in deliveries, and support the sales team with front-line operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable outdoors in all weather, and able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles. We offer steady hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Wright Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and moving throughout the day.
• Ability to safely drive and park vehicles; automatic and manual transmission is a plus.
• Prior lot attendant or related experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall presentation and organization of the vehicle lots.
• Stage inventory neatly and ensure vehicles are ready for customer viewing.
• Check in new vehicle deliveries, inspect for damage, and verify stock information.
• Retrieve, stage, and park vehicles for test drives and deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales and management to keep vehicles clean, charged, and front-and-center.
• Move vehicles to/from the detail shop, service department, and photo staging areas.
• Assist with basic lot prep, including battery checks and weather-related upkeep.
• Support the team with general lot maintenance and operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall presentation and organization of the new and pre-owned vehicle lots
• Stage front-line inventory neatly, ensuring vehicles are aligned, tagged, and ready for customer viewing
• Check in new vehicle transport deliveries, inspect for shipping damage, and verify stock information
• Retrieve, stage, and park vehicles for customer test drives and scheduled deliveries
• Coordinate with sales consultants and management to keep front line vehicles clean, charged, fueled, and front-and-center
• Move vehicles to and from the detail shop, service department, and photo staging areas
• Assist with basic vehicle lot prep, including battery checks, tire pressure, and weather maintenance (clearing snow or debris)
• Support the sales and management team with general lot maintenance and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (required)
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen
• Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and moving throughout the day
• Ability to safely drive and park vehicles in tight quarters
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Prior lot attendant, inventory porter, or detail experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
