Job summary

Wright Nissan in Wexford, PA is hiring a full-time Service Shuttle Driver / Lot Porter to join a friendly, professional team. You will transport guests safely, greet arrivals, and keep the service drive organized and moving.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license with a clean record, the ability to pass a background check, and a guest-focused attitude. Prior lot/porter experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Prior lot attendant, porter, or delivery/transport experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport service guests to and from local destinations in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Greet customers promptly upon arrival to the service drive and assist with initial vehicle check-in
• Move, park, and stage customer and dealership vehicles efficiently across the lot to support shop workflow
• Coordinate closely with service advisors, dispatchers, and technicians to keep the service lane clear and moving
• Assist with light vehicle wash/vacuum prep before returning vehicles to customers
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel level of the dealership shuttle vehicle
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer drop-off zones clean, organized, and free of debris
• Support other team members with lot and facility duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly
