Job summary

PF Chang's at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is seeking a Service Shift Manager to lead a high-energy dining team on-site, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and seamless service. You will oversee opening/closing, staff coaching, cash handling, and coordination with the kitchen to maintain quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in food service, proficiency with restaurant management software/POS, and certifications such as ServSafe or alcohol awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech school or company training in restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Experience using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant tools.

Education/Previous Experience

High school diploma or completion of technical school program or company training program in restaurant management/food service, etc. highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 1 year of leadership experience required. Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification. Experience using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant tools.
