You will work with regional field management, subcontractors, and customers to meet and exceed needs, while proactively managing maintenance contracts and maintaining accurate service documentation using MS Office applications.

As part of a regionalized team within the Critical Power group working closely within our team of teams. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating our MC Dean technicians, ensuring they are onsite to support our customers as needed. A key focus for the Service Coordinator is the proactive scheduling of preventative maintenance, which plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability of our systems and preventing unexpected issues. By keeping maintenance schedules ahead of the curve and ensuring technicians are well-prepared and informed, the Service Coordinator helps uphold our commitment to excellent service and system dependability for our customers.
