Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Agent Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Service Sales team. You will manage proposals, contracts, and customer data while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves preparing documents, maintaining CRM records, and generating KPI reports, with a hybrid work option and opportunities for professional growth within Modigent's nationwide

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative or sales support experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business-related field preferred.
• Hybrid work environment with office-based duties.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute sales proposals and service agreements.
• Process customer contracts, POs, and change orders accurately.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Track sales opportunities, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure project execution.
• Generate sales reports, KPI dashboards, and pipeline updates.
• Assist with onboarding, vendor setup, and compliance docs.
• Support invoice processing and collections with Accounting.
• Schedule meetings and maintain organized sales files.
