Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Sales Coordinator (internal title: Service Agent Assistant) to support the Service Sales team with proposals, contracts, and customer records. You will liaise between Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure processes are accurate, timely, and customer‑centric.

This role emphasizes organization, CRM upkeep, reporting, and coordination of onboarding, quotes, and service agreements, with hybrid office options in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative or sales support experience.
• Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, construction, or facility services preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Process customer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
• Track sales opportunities, contract renewals, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless project execution.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, KPI dashboards, and pipeline updates.
• Assist with bid submissions, RFP responses, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, vendor setup, and compliance documentation.
