Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Agent Assistant to support the Service Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring proposals, contracts, and customer records are accurate and delivered on time. You will liaise with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to track opportunities, renewals, onboarding, and invoicing.

A 2–5 year background in admin or sales support and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems will help you succeed.

Qualifications

2–5 years of administrative or sales support experience.
Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, construction, or facility services preferred.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and distribute sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Process customer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
Track sales opportunities, contract renewals, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor contract status and notify the sales team of renewals/ expirations.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, KPI dashboards, and pipeline updates.
Assist with bid submissions, RFP responses, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate customer onboarding, vendor setup, and compliance documentation.
